Counseling is a collaborative, interpersonal process and I use your strengths, values, and identity to guide our work together. I mix and match styles and techniques to best fit your needs and level of readiness. Together, we will explore and make sense of cognitive, behavioral, and emotional barriers to your goals at a pace that you are comfortable with. I provide a safe space for you to develop your coping skills, identity, agency, and resiliency to meet your goals.
