Jonathan received his Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota—Duluth in 2007. His approach to therapy is both collaborative and relational, with the focus on fostering connection to self and others through identifying and resolving barriers that prevent this from occurring. Jonathan is also a member of the Violence Prevention & Survivor Support Team.

Professional interests

Power and privilege, Gender-based violence, male-identified issues, adult ADHD, adaptive learning strategies for those with learning differences, trauma informed therapy, somatic and mindfulness interventions, couples therapy, Relational Cultural Theory.

Personal interests

Equity and justice, creative arts (watercolor and wood working), fly fishing, mountain biking, and camping.
