Wellness Wednesdays are currently scheduled for the Miller Collaborative Space, except for Oct. 6, which will be held in the Ethnic Student Center. This program will adhere to current COVID-19 guidelines and safety precautions and is subject to change.

Find Your Hero: Setting Intentions for the Year Ahead


Connect with others and learn how to enlist the power of heroes and symbols as guides to move forward into the upcoming year with intention and hope. We will be using short writing exercises, easy art-making, and thoughtful discussion in our process.
