Sarah has a background in community mental health and previously served for 7 years as the Clinical Director of a LGBTQIA+ nonprofit organization. As a therapist, Sarah strives to provide warm, person-centered, and strengths-based care while using solution-focused strategies. She emphasizes a collaborative approach which honors everyone’s unique life experience and existing wisdom. She especially enjoys working with college students of all ages, given the opportunities for challenge and growth during this life transition.
