Weekly Wellness Wednesdays workshops are designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit. 

All workshops will meet in Viking Union 462B except the Sept. 28 Wellness Walk. Find specific details for that workshop below.

Come create artwork about the love and relationships—platonic, romantic, and everything in between—that each of us are worthy of. All art supplies will be provided, and you will leave with some Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM) swag. Hosted by Survivor Advocacy Services as a part of DVAM.

Meditation for the Blues

Join us for meditation techniques that go beyond the basics and learn techniques especially supportive for people who experience depression and loneliness. We’ll go outside for part of the session for an outdoor practice.
