Weekly Wellness Wednesdays workshops are designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit. Join us every Wednesday starting April 6.
All workshops will meet in Viking Union 460 except for our Arb Walk on May 4th and Flower Power workshop on June 1st. Find specific details for those workshops below.

Most of us realize that self-care is important to our overall well-being, but self-care may not always feel accessible. Self-care is more than yoga, massages, and meditation! Come learn about different ways to utilize self-care throughout your day, and some strategies for squeezing self-care into your busy schedule!

Destress Sesh in the Arb
We will meet for this session at the Outdoor Center, VU 150, at 4:30 PM
Come to a local and accessible walk in the Sehome Arboretum to de-stress after a long day of classes! We will perform contemplative activities that focus on center oneself in nature and creating internal and external awareness. Participants will have time to complete a “5 sense de-stress" activity, meditate, and journal.

Join counselor and ethnobotany student Tonya Pepper at Outback Farm to cultivate mental wellness through plant-based contemplative practice, light art-making, and tea-drinking. We will also learn about the Outback Farm! Artists and non-artists encouraged.
